Join us at Borrowed Time for the Local Chef Tasting & Beverage Pairing event featuring Chef Eoen Clark of Saugatuck Brewing Company. This five course event will showcase his unique culinary style paired with the perfect beer, wine, or cocktail.

I hope my dishes invoke a memory while introducing a new and unexpected flavor at the same time. The cost of the event is $65/pp, excluding tax & tip, and the balance will be collected the night of the event.
